As Business Support Specialist, Sophie is the first point of contact at Maras Group and assists with all facets of the organisations’ internal operations.

Working closely with the Property, Finance, Marketing and Executive teams, while acting as the Personal Assistant to Maras Group’s Chair, Sophie possesses excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace atmosphere.

Her attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities allows her to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the overall success of the team.  She is known for her reliability, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Outside of her professional life, Sophie enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, practicing Pilates and relaxing at the beach.  Her kind nature and passion for building relationships make her a valuable asset to the group. Leveraging her excellent skillset from past experiences in customer service and administration, Sophie is dedicated to supporting her team and enhancing cross-departmental efficiency.
