Maria joined Maras Group in 2024 as Office Manager – bringing a wealth of expertise from her diverse background in law, finance and construction.

Maria’s impressive tertiary qualifications include:-

• Master in Finance and Business Economics, The University of Adelaide
• Master in Banking and Finance Law, University of Piraeus
• Bachelor in Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens

She has worked as a Consultant Lawyer specializing in Banking, Construction and Commercial law.  As a Law Partner, Maria provided businesses with comprehensive legal support and advice in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Her experience extends to working as a Contract Administrator on various projects, including civil construction, mining, residential, commercial, and industrial endeavours.  Maria excels in reviewing, negotiating and verifying contracts, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Her active listening skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders have been crucial in interpreting, analysing, and negotiating contract terms and variations to mitigate risks.  This skillset, coupled with her exceptional organisational skills, make Maria exceedingly suited to the role of Office Manager.
