Laura Palin Asset Manager

Laura originally began her career in a busy residential real estate office, and over a six year period, climbed through the ranks to become Office Manager for two metropolitan offices. She joined Maras Group in 2008 where she successfully managed the running of our office and operated as our Property Administrator.

Excelling in all areas resulted in a most deserving promotion in early 2012 to the position of Commercial Property Manager. Following the birth of her first child, and a well-earned break, Laura returned to Maras Group in late 2014 and became responsible for the day-to-day property administration of the group’s extensive commercial and retail portfolio. She has developed a very solid and comprehensive skill set in commercial and retail management, facilities management and property account and financial reporting.

In recent years, Laura headed up our Client Services division, which saw her take on a key and active role in tenant relations, responsible for operational aspects of tenant engagement and ensuring client satisfaction.  In 2021, Laura was promoted to the position of Asset Manager.

Laura is reliable, responsible, industrious and extremely efficient in the carrying out of her duties and is a much valued member of the Maras Group team. She always aims to please both clients and colleagues alike and approaches her work with enthusiasm and unwavering dedication.
