Daniel joined Maras Group in 2024 as Facilities Manager, overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational building and services management of the group’s property portfolio.

Throughout his career, Daniel has been extensively involved in the construction industry.  He worked as a Project Leader and Architect for over 25 years, before starting his own software solutions business where he provided sales, support and training to Architecture, Engineering and Construction companies for around six years.

As a Project Leader, Daniel specialised in retail design, working autonomously and as part of a design team on several large developments.  His responsibilities included schematic design development, tenancy mix development, design development, contract administration, site supervision, and liaison and negotiation with clients, design teams and engineering consultants, local councils and government authorities, project managers, builders, contractors, and suppliers.

Daniel attained a Diploma in Built Environment (Architecture) from the University of South Australia in 1996, followed by a Bachelor of Architecture in 2001.

He is a well-organised and motivated individual with a unique ability to bridge the IT and construction worlds, fostering better outcomes through collaboration across multi-disciplinary environments.

He is an integral member of the Property Team at Maras Group, responsible for coordinating and overseeing building maintenance, servicing, and minor works projects.
