Daniel Talia Consultant – Commercial Investments & Developments

Daniel Talia joined Maras Group in early 2024 to identify and generate new commercial development and investment business.

Capitalizing on his outstanding leadership and communication skills, a key focus for Daniel will be to foster and forge stronger relationships with our agent partners to assist with growing the group’s portfolio in a range of commercial, retail and industrial property classes.

As a former professional athlete, Daniel was a leader at the Adelaide Football Club for over a decade, having played 200 AFL games and winning several awards, including two-time All-Australian honours.

Daniel holds a Diploma of Securities and Investments and a Diploma in Superannuation (RG146 Compliant) – Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from Western Sydney University and is currently completing his studies for the Bachelor of Business (Property) degree at the University of South Australia.

In his previous capacity as Acquisitions Manager for a nationally focussed property syndication group, Daniel’s role saw him identify and target value-add opportunities across commercial, industrial/logistics and retail markets right across the country.

Daniel is extremely keen to develop new business and become a key member of the Maras Group team.
